Jersey Assassins 16U had all cylinders firing on offense on Sunday, winning big over Philadelphia Phillies Phillies Urban Youth Academy 16U 10-2.

Jersey Assassins 16U took Saturday’s game in dramatic fashion, with a 3-2 walk-off victory over TNT NJ. The game was tied at two with Jersey Assassins 16U batting in the bottom of the seventh when Tatumn Menzies singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.

Braylie LaFisca started the game for Jersey Assassins 16U. The lefthander allowed nine hits and four runs over six innings, striking out five and walking zero.

Jersey Assassins 16U stayed in it until the end, but Newtown Rock National 14U pulled away late in a 5-4 victory on Sunday. The game was tied at four with Newtown Rock National 14U batting in the bottom of the fourth when Lexa Santos singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Jersey Assassins 16U got on the board in the first inning. Brooke Bauer singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Braylie LaFisca had all the right stuff on Sunday for Jersey Assassins 16U, allowing zero runs and besting Lehigh Valley Force by a score of 10-0.
