The 16U Jersey Assassins are an independent girls fastpitch softball team based in Allentown, New Jersey. The team is comprised mainly of 2024 and 2025 grad years who play for their high school teams and are preparing to play in college.

Owner and head coach Steve Lafisca has managed a number of teams under the Assassins banner since 2017. The team plays primarily in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York in both tournaments and showcase events.

Team practices are held twice weekly in Allentown, indoor winter practices are twice weekly in Manchester, New Jersey.
