Assassins 16U took home a 7-4 victory over Tornadoes Maroon 16u on Sunday.

Assassins 16U opened up scoring in the first inning, when Taylor Lalla singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Kaitlynn Bonilla got the start for Tornadoes Maroon 16u. The lefthander surrendered two runs on three hits over four innings, striking out four.

Tatumn Menzies led things off in the circle for Assassins 16U. The righty lasted three and a third innings, allowing eight hits and seven runs while striking out one.

Amelia Rebadavia, Hayden Bauer, and Bella Nucera each collected one hit to lead Assassins 16U.

Tornadoes Maroon 16u collected eight hits on the day. Angela Matthews and Tori DiChiara each had multiple hits for Tornadoes Maroon 16u.

Assassins 16U watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in an 8-3 loss to Lady Dukes 18U Elite Rodriguez on Sunday. Lady Dukes 18U Elite Rodriguez took the lead on a single in the first inning.

It was a tough day on Sunday for Assassins 16U, who lost 14-0 to Lady Dukes 18U Elite Rodriguez.

Assassins 16U defeated Voodoo Dolls 8-4 on Sunday.
