Jersey Assassins 16U Takes Victory Over Jersey Attitude, 6-3

Jersey Assassins 16U beat Jersey Attitude 6-3 on Sunday.

In the bottom of the second inning, Jersey Attitude tied things up at two when veronica singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Jersey Assassins 16U pulled away for good with two runs in the third inning.  In the third Sophia Centanni grounded out, scoring one run and Taylor Lalla drew a walk, scoring one run.

Braylie LaFisca earned the win for Jersey Assassins 16U. The southpaw allowed five hits and three runs over five innings, striking out five and walking zero.

#29 was on the rubber for Jersey Attitude. The bulldog allowed ten hits and six runs over five innings, striking out three.

Jersey Assassins 16U scattered ten hits in the game.  Brooke Bauer and Vic Marconi all had multiple hits for Jersey Assassins 16U.  Marconi and Bauer all had two hits to lead Jersey Assassins 16U.
