Two Pitchers Combine in No-Hitter as Jersey Assassins 16U Defeats Niners

Jersey Assassins 16U’s two pitchers didn’t allow a single hit, as Jersey Assassins 16U defeated Niners 8-0 on Saturday. Tatumn Menzies induced a fly out from #3 to get the last out of the game.

Jersey Assassins 16U notched four runs in the fifth inning. The offensive firepower by Jersey Assassins 16U was led by Menzies, Amelia Rebadavia, Lily Nucera, and Sophia Centanni, all driving in runs in the inning.

Braylie LaFisca led the Jersey Assassins 16U to victory on the rubber. The lefthander allowed zero hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out three and walking zero. Menzies threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
