Abbie Villanueva (Widener) collected three hits in three at bats, as Jersey Assassins Gold 18U defeated Lady Dragons 18U 9-6 on Sunday. Villanueva (Widener) tripled in the first inning, hit a solo home run to left field in the fifth inning, and singled in the third inning.

Lady Dragons 18U got on the board in the top of the first inning after Jersey Assassins Gold 18U committed an error, Paige Bernard singled, and Elli Coesfeld grounded out, each scoring one run.

Rivera-Shivers stepped in the circle first for Lady Dragons 18U. The righty gave up 10 hits and eight runs over two and one-third innings, striking out none and walking one.
