Jersey Assassins 16U Grabs Lead in Fourth Inning to Defeat DEFIANT 18U

Jersey Assassins 16U took the lead late in the game in a 6-4 victory over DEFIANT 18U on Friday. Jersey Assassins 16U was down 4-3 in the bottom of the fourth inning when Hayden Bauer 2025 tripled on a 0-2 count, scoring two runs.

In the first inning, DEFIANT 18U got their offense started when Meghan Farrell grounded out, scoring two runs.

Tatumn Menzies 2025 pitched Jersey Assassins 16U to victory. The pitcher allowed six hits and four runs over four innings, striking out two and walking zero. Braylie LaFisca 2025 threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. LaFisca 2025 recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Jersey Assassins 16U.

Madison Farrell led things off on the rubber for DEFIANT 18U. The bulldog went four innings, allowing six runs on four hits and striking out six.

Abbie Villanueva 2024, Bauer 2025, Vic Marconi 2025, and Katie Mulry 2024 all had one hit to lead Jersey Assassins 16U.
